Lessons on Flow

Sometimes our own self-determined conditions function to obscure paths of ease and flow in our lives.

Many times I have internally weaponized practices of presence into conditions I tell myself I must meet in order to be worthy of accessing and existing in states of ease and flow.

Despite my inner saboteurs best efforts and through sheer grace, I am reminded often that I don’t need to meditate, create an altar or perform rituals to access and exist in states of ease and flow.

Existing in and accessing states of ease and flow are birthrights.

May Spirit,Ancestors, Flow, and all of those ones rooted in Love always find you in the most mundane moments. May these moments of contact serve as evidence that in our most ordinary, messy and uncurated states of being, existing in states of flow and ease await us.
