Blessings Bright and Luminous Ones,
In addition to holding the beauty and mysteries of our people, our kind and wise ancestors hold a great deal of medicine around many of the human troubles we find ourselves engaged with on Earth. One of those troubles or -isims is perfectionism. We all have our dance with this energy and in this video I share mine. For me, a vital part of moving beyond the illusion of perfectionism has been a refining of language to reflect what I am truly calling in. That’s why the phrase “practice makes perfect” has been retired from my vocabulary. Rather than the rigidity of perfection I am holding my intentions around practice to help me be skillful and relational with that which I seek to more fully embody and connect to within me.
