We’re offering a special 4‑Week Winter Reset Trial—a calm, nurturing space to gently begin reconnecting with your breath and body via Gentle Stretch Yoga classes. This trial is designed as an accessible entry point, providing a supportive rhythm of mindful movement to release tension and cultivate ease.


WHAT TO EXPECT IN YOUR TRIAL-

Each Monday, we will gather in our gently heated studio to unwind and reset. This 4‑week journey offers a taste of the consistent rhythm that helps build familiarity with your body's needs, leaving you feeling balanced and prepared for your week.

Your Trial Includes:

· Gentle Stretch Yoga classes on Mondays: February 2, 9, 16, and 23 at 12 PM EST
· Our signature chilled lavender scented towel at the conclusion of each class
· Complimentary premium mat and mat towel rental for every session
· A supportive, intimate group setting for personalized attention
· Priority option to continue your journey in the full 8-week series at a special rate

  • Trial members will be offered a guaranteed priority option to seamlessly continue into the remaining weeks of the 8-week series at a special rate, making it easy to deepen your committed practice.

  • A limited number of drop-in spots for individual classes may be released 48 hours prior if space allows

  • To support our small group, a 24-hour cancellation notice is required. Late cancellations (less than 24 hours) and no-shows will incur a $15 fee and the loss of that class credit.

  • Our scheduled makeup days (March 17 & 24) may be used for personal absences if they are not needed for weather cancellations. Booking for these opens 72 hours in advance on a first-come, first-served basis.

 

 

Meet your instructor

 

Tamira's approach to yoga is rooted in curiosity and deep presence. She enjoys creating practice spaces that invite students to connect with a sense of homecoming and refuge in the present moment, both on and off the mat. She completed her 200hr RYT Hatha Yoga training with Paul and Sommer Sobin at Thousand Petals Yoga in 2017.

What inspires Tamira's personal yoga practice is the opportunity to embrace the idea of starting anew. She believes in the transformative power of yoga to meet individuals where they are in their lives, fostering a deep sense of presence, grounding and connection.

Gentle Stretch

Heated Class 75°F-80°F

In this class, you will engage in slow, deliberate movements designed to enhance flexibility, relieve tension, and promote mindfulness. Each session will guide you through a series of gentle stretches, breathing techniques, and basic yoga postures that encourage relaxation and connection with your body.

Whether you’re looking to unwind, increase your mobility, or enjoy some me time, this Gentle Stretch Yoga class provides a supportive environment to nurture both your physical and mental well-being.
